District Solo & Ensemble Festival and Choral Festival medals will be available for purchase for $5 at the Festivals for students who receive final determinations of Excellent (I) or Good (II).

In an effort to add the ease of credit card payments to the MSVMA scheduler, it was necessary to standardize choral festival fees across the state. After much discussion by District Managers, State Office, and Board of Directors, it was decided that the choral festival fee statewide is $140/choir. Late registration will be available for seven (7) days past the deadline for a late fee of $50/event and late registrations must be paid by credit card. Fees are non-refundable and returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. You will not be scheduled without payment or PO. 

These policies and decisions were made or reaffirmed in order to work within the confines of our technology and honor the time and efforts of the district managers in the meticulous task of scheduling a festival.
