Junior High/Middle School/High School Solo and Ensemble Festival

Online registration and payment opens: October 1, 2026
Registration and payment postmark deadline: December 19, 2026
Fees: $25 Solo $35 Small Ensemble (2-6) $50 Large Ensemble (7-20)
Late registration will be available for seven (7) days past the deadline for a late fee of $20/event and late registrations must be paid by credit card. Fees are non-refundable and returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. You will not be scheduled without payment or PO.

Junior High/Middle School/High School Choral Festival

Friday and Saturday, March 5 & 6, 2027
8 AM - 5 PM
Three Rivers High School

Online registration opens: October 1, 2026
Payment/postmark deadline: Saturday, January 22, 2027
$140 per choir
Ensembles of 12 are considered a full ensemble.
Late registration will be available for seven (7) days past the deadline for a late fee of $50/event and late registrations must be paid by credit card. Fees are non-refundable and returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. You will not be scheduled without payment or PO.

Medals
District Solo & Ensemble Festival and Choral Festival medals will be available for purchase for $5 at the Festivals for students who receive final determinations of Excellent (I) or Good (II).

Festival Registration Policy and Information

Payments should be mailed to the address printed on the invoice. Fees are non-refundable. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Registration for an event constitutes a commitment to participate in the event. Members may not register for additional events until all past-due invoices have been paid. Late registration will be available with a $50/event fee for choral festival or a $20/event fee for S&E for seven days after the deadline but must be paid by credit card on the scheduling website.

Your events will not be scheduled unless we receive your signed invoice with payment or PO postmarked by the deadline. If the PO payment has not been received by the first day of the festival, your events will not perform.
