Junior High/Middle School/High School Solo and Ensemble Festival

  • Registration deadline: December 18, 2026
  • Fees: $25 Solo   $35 Small Ensemble (2-6)  $50 Large Ensemble (7-20)
  • Late Registration (with $20/event fee and paid by credit card online) closes: December 25, 2026
  • Fees are non-refundable and returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. You will not be scheduled without payment or PO. 

Junior High/Middle School/High School Choral Festival

  • March 3-4, 2027 
  • Wednesday, March 3, 1:30 - 8:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, March 4,  9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Grosse Pointe South High School, 11 Grosse Pointe Blvd., Grosse Pointe Farms
  • Hosts: Patrice DeBose, Carolyn Gross, and Richard Wolf
  • Registration Opens: October 1, 2026
  • Registration Deadline: January 29, 2026
  • Late Registration (with $50/event fee and paid by credit card online) closes: February 5, 2026
  • Ensembles of 12 are considered a full ensemble.
  • Fee:  $140
  • Fees are non-refundable and returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. You will not be scheduled without payment or PO. 

District Solo & Ensemble Festival and Choral Festival medals will be available for purchase for $5 at the Festivals for students who receive final determinations of Excellent (I) or Good (II).

    Festival Registration Policy and Information 

     Fees are non-refundable. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Registration for an event constitutes a commitment to participate in the event. Members may not register for additional events until all past-due invoices have been paid. Late registration will be available with a $50/event fee for choral festival or a $20/event fee for S&E for seven days after the deadline but must be paid by credit card on the scheduling website.

    Your events will not be scheduled unless we receive your invoice with payment or PO postmarked by the deadline. If the PO payment has not been received by the first day of the festival, your events will not perform.
