Why Join Michigan School Vocal Music Association?
Membership in MSVMA gives you, your students and your school the networking capability of over five hundred choral directors, private lesson teachers, university professors, and retired music teachers.
Membership in MSVMA gives you, your students and your school the resource of thousands of tried and true quality literature defined by voice, level of difficulty, suggested performing age group, and publisher/octavo information.
Membership in MSVMA gives you, your students and your school the opportunity for involvement in adjudicated festivals. Choosing either to be rated or comments only, you and your students will benefit from the quality assessments and suggestions given to you by our tremendous group of adjudicators.
Membership in MSVMA gives you, your students, and your school chances to be involved in incredible musical performances directed by internationally known and state chosen choir directors. Our Honors Choir program begins at the sixth grade level and continues throughout high school.
Membership in MSVMA gives you, your students, and your school educational opportunities through MSVMA sponsored sessions at the Midwestern Conference for School Vocal and Instrumental Music, the Summer Workshop, and access to the MSVMA Videotape Library and the Newsletter.
