Update from the State Office

Late registration for the S&E Festival as well as the Choral Festival will be available for seven (7) days past the deadline for a late fee of $50/event. Late registrations must be paid by credit card. Fees are non-refundable and returned checks are subject to a $15 fee. You will not be scheduled without payment or PO. These policies and decisions were made or reaffirmed in order to work within the confines of our technology and honor the time and efforts in the meticulous task of scheduling a festival.
